App Data Usage & Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This page explains how CreateGift.pl application uses and processes user data when integrating with Facebook (Meta) and the Fancy Product Designer tool for product personalization.
By using this application, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Data We Access
When you use the Facebook/Meta integration inside our application, we may access the following data only with your explicit consent:
- Photos from your Facebook account (only those you select)
- Basic profile information (if required by Facebook login permissions)
- Media content used inside the product designer (uploaded or selected images)
We do NOT access your private messages, friends list, or any unrelated account data.
3. Purpose of Data Usage
We use the accessed data exclusively for:
- Allowing users to import photos from Facebook into the product designer
- Enabling personalization of physical products (e.g. gifts, prints, photo items)
- Displaying images inside the Fancy Product Designer interface for editing and preview
4. Data Storage
Depending on user actions:
- Imported images may be temporarily stored to generate product previews
- Final design files may be stored to process and fulfill orders
- Data is stored only as long as necessary for order processing and customer support
Users may request deletion of stored data at any time (see Section 7).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal Facebook data.
However, data may be shared with:
- Print/production partners responsible for fulfilling personalized orders
- Hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the application
All partners are required to process data securely and only for order fulfillment purposes.
6. Third-Party Tools
This application uses:
- Facebook (Meta) API for image import functionality
- Fancy Product Designer (FPD) for product customization interface
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
7. User Rights & Data Deletion
Users have the right to:
- Request access to their data
- Request correction or deletion of stored data
- Withdraw consent for data usage
